Installation
Install Well-Being Check through the published Claude remote MCP connector flow. The reviewer build is intended to work without creating a separate end-user account.
Supported assessments
- GAD-7 for anxiety screening
- PHQ-9 for depression screening
- WHO-5 for general well-being screening
How it works
The server exposes one read-only tool, mental-health-get-test, which
loads one supported assessment into the widget. The server does not submit results
to outside systems on the user's behalf.
Troubleshooting
- If the widget does not appear, refresh the Claude conversation and try again.
- If you request an unsupported test, the app should guide you back to the supported screenings.
