1. Who we are
Well-Being Check is operated by Keenethics and is made available through Claude and other compatible MCP hosts as an informational self-screening experience. If you need help with this policy or want to make a rights request, contact labs@keenethics.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Tool input data: the assessment identifier needed to load a test, such as a request for GAD-7, PHQ-9, or WHO-5.
- Technical and usage data: request URL, browser or device user agent, IP address, country inferred from network headers, origin or referrer, and optional UTM campaign values.
- Support communications: information you choose to send when contacting support.
The current server-side app logic does not store the answers you select inside an assessment or the final score calculated in the widget. Those results are generated in the widget experience.
3. Sensitive and restricted data
We do not intentionally request or require payment card data, passwords, one-time codes, API keys, government identifiers, or precise location data.
The app relates to mental wellness topics, which may be sensitive in some jurisdictions. Our app is designed to minimize that risk by loading screening content without storing your selected answers on our server. Please do not submit highly sensitive medical information to us through support channels unless it is strictly necessary.
4. How we use information
- To load and display the assessment you requested.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the app and its hosted assets.
- To detect abuse, diagnose failures, and monitor uptime or performance issues.
- To respond to support requests and legal compliance obligations.
5. How information is shared
We may share information with the following categories of recipients:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers that deliver the app and static assets.
- Analytics, logging, and infrastructure providers that help us monitor, secure, and maintain the app.
- Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, or protection of rights.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Claude, ChatGPT, and host platforms
When you use this app inside Claude, ChatGPT, or another host platform, that host may independently process conversation content, prompts, and app interactions under its own terms and privacy disclosures. This Privacy Policy covers Keenethics' handling of information for the app itself and does not replace host-platform policies.
7. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security monitoring, troubleshooting, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the context in which it was collected.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can stop using the app at any time.
- You can avoid sending optional information through support requests.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
- You may ask questions about our data practices through the support channel listed above.
9. Children and age limits
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
10. International use
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards.
