By accessing or using Well-Being Check, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Well-Being Check helps users take guided self-assessments related to mental wellness, including screenings such as GAD-7, PHQ-9, and WHO-5. The app is intended to support reflection and general informational use.
3. Important health disclaimer
Well-Being Check is not a medical device, is not a diagnostic service, and does not provide medical, psychiatric, or crisis care. If you believe you may be in danger, experiencing a crisis, or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Any score, severity label, interpretation, or follow-up message is informational only and should not be treated as professional advice or a substitute for evaluation by a licensed clinician.
4. Eligibility
The app is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app only with appropriate involvement from a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
- Use the app in a way that violates OpenAI policies, third-party rights, or applicable law.
- Misrepresent the app as providing medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency intervention.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its branding, layout, original text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Keenethics except for third-party materials used with permission or under applicable rights. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or any associated intellectual property.
7. Third-party services
The app operates within Claude or another compatible host platform and may rely on third-party infrastructure, analytics, logging, or other service providers. Your use of Claude, ChatGPT, or another host platform is also governed by that platform's own terms, policies, and product rules. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
8. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information related to the app.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, or ChatGPT client experience.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keenethics and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the app.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keenethics from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may limit or terminate access to the app if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service in a prohibited manner.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction in which Keenethics is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
